What is a mastermind?
Masterminds are supportive personal learning, goal setting, and peer accountability networks.
Our good friend, Daniel Bauer, founder and author of Better Leaders, Better Schools, is the guru of exceptional masterminds for school leaders and very fittingly refers to these leadership development ecosystems as “hybrid group coaching and a leadership incubator for the world-class educators.”
You start with creating and refining a great goal, with the next step being the creation of a plan for achieving it. The team gives you feedback, ideas, and support in the initial goal-setting, planning, and implementation stages. You bring your successes and challenges to the sessions: your successes are celebrated and help others; your challenges are solved by tapping into the collective energy, experiences, and creativity of the team.
Masterminds have norms, defined start times, and structured agendas. A facilitator keeps the discussion rolling and keeps you and the team focused on successfully contributing to group learning and the very clear individual goals.
Our Nohea Masterminds are specifically designed for those who want to simplify operations and provide incredible clarity in order to amplify leadership and results.
We will accept applications for the following Nohea Masterminds, which will officially begin October 1.
Each team has a maximum of 15 people:
Nohea Office Pro: School or district secretaries, office administrators, executive assistants, and similar titles
Nohea Office Pro Lite: School or district secretaries, office administrators, executive assistants, and similar titles
Nohea Eduleaders: Coordinators, consultants, assistant superintendents, authors, and all those in leadership roles that support school administrators and teachers
